Sliding Fee Discount Program
We are committed to providing dental care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. A Sliding Fee Discount Program is available to eligible patients based on household size and income.
Patients who qualify may receive discounted services. A nominal fee of $30 applies to patients who qualify for the greatest discount.
No patient will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
